PB's all round on saturdays race!!!...... Results are as follows: Gary 29:03 Danny 30:30 Rachael 34:52 Darren 35:10 Overall a good flat course, well organised apart from the one major hitch. Quite scenic, didnt hang around for the burger at the end though.

It seems I was the only Strider who did the Horwich 5miler last night. Parts of it are hilly and there is alot of jostling at the start because the path is narrow. Buts its a nice scenic run and there are two fast downhill sections. Parking is also difficult - you have to use country lanes. Anyone up for it ne...
