A reminder to meet at Waterside for Midday to arrange car share and transport to Haigh Hall.
Anyone making their own way there - last time the registration was near the café - but follow the crowds please arrive early enough for us to name teams for entry.
According to weather it is not a good day and very wet so will need waterproofs and change of clothing as there can be a long wait from the 1st leg to last leg up to 1 ˝ hours, dependant on speed of team. So that is long wait for the last leg to run and long wait for the other legs to cheer on the last leg last year there was no shelter at the start.
Please bring along support if possible - plenty of cheering and some photo opportunities.
Spoke to Darren and Chris R last night at training.
Chris R is going to meet us there as he is coming straight from Bolton. Darren is also going to meet us there as he is going with family. Will give him my mobile number to arrange meeting up. Did suggest that they head for the courtyard for registration.
I will be coming to the Waterside for 12pm. Hope the weather isnt as bad as it is forecast.
sorry not bin to trainin this week, bruised my toe last week n not ran proper since, been resting all week so that im in tip top shape for sat, cant wait. see you all saturday
