did standish hall trail race today very boggy conditions but expected.did 48 mins 14 secs. tommy had agood race doing 54mins54 secs.

Did nick beer 10k today got 44mins 4secs knocking 50 secs off last years time improving every year. pleased with the time running against wind lot of the time.and elite runners was3 mins slower than last year. this is my most favorite race ever cracking atsmosphere hard but good.

Did the chester around the walls on boxing day.they were giving forms out after the race. the marathon is on 31 may bank holiday monday will be a flat course so they are saying. i think this will be a good one for them who are doing there first marathon.
