good but wet race, was nice to see danny at the start, i came 17th in 36:02 and danny came 59th in 40:20.  strangly that was the same time i had on my watch which never usually happens as im sure youl all know.  looking forward to the whitley 10k in 2 weeks.  looking out for all you guys doing london not sin any of u yet.  c u all monday

well done, I'll try and bundle your results in with the london marathon results and Berlin and send them to the Star.Now saints have won a game they may actually publish some race results  biggrinbiggrinbiggrin

BTW, anyone doing the Blackpool half? I got my race confirmation through today.

Hi Paul

I might enter the Whitley 10k - I've run before and remember it as a good race and good route - but it was when I first started running and everything was easier then.
I'm running Langdale St George 10k - but do not think I'll beat my xmas time - that was a fluke!!

If anyone is interested the Langdale 1/2 marathon (or marathon for the brave) has its 20 year anniversary this year and they print your name on the tee with all other entires - for those not done this it is a great route and a lovely part of the country - plus great beer.

Langdale 1/2 is 14/09 - so plenty time for training - but you have to enter quite quick as will fill up and no entries on the day
