It seems I was the only Strider who did the Horwich 5miler last night. Parts of it are hilly and there is alot of jostling at the start because the path is narrow. Buts its a nice scenic run and there are two fast downhill sections. Parking is also difficult - you have to use country lanes. Anyone up for it next month?
I think it was part of the tour of howich so the field was probably a lot bigger than the usual Horwish 5 mile series.I'll be up for it next month, it's a good course....
