Just interested to know has anybody else managed to keep the challenge going ? I started on New Years Day and have run a minimum of 3 miles per day to date January's total mileage 187 I will keep it going as long as I can but a year seems like a massive commitment -- Edited by Gary C on Wednesday 1st of February...

Recovery run - advice needed

Hi all
Just a bit of advice really. Ran northwest half yesterday and I was just wondering if it would be okay to do a slow 4 mile recovery run. I am conscious that I will have to run tomorrow otherwise and then club on Wednesday. Any advice greatly appreciated.
