Just had a treatment on pesky IT band from Bernie last nite - knee feels much better and am planning a slow long run early on Saturday morning. Think I knackered myself running on the ice in my snowtrax a few weeks back as knee niggle started after that - lesson learned!
Hopefully aiming for 16 miles at around 10min/mile pace.
If anyone fancies an early one (7:30-8am ish) let me know and we can arrange where/when? Definitely not a speedy one though as need to keep fit enough to get my miles in.
