18 mile on Sunday morning! Not too fast
& would like to get done early ish! Let me know

Les, sorry it was just to say that I can't run on a Sunday, but did manage to put in 16 miles today with Vicky doing 11. Now relaxing watching football
Cas & I will be doing the usual sunday run of 8 miles starting/finishing at Sherdley Park Golf car park if you fancy joining up/adding on to whatever you plan on doing ...

Thanks everyone for getting back to me - a duplicity of offers for company! how spolit I am! Now need to get a few jobs done first thing so thinking meeting up Nick & Caz will be best! Nick & Cazi - I will meet you at 11am at Sherdley. Will get 8 miles done before I meet you, join you for 8 and then I 'just' have 2 miles back to home!!
