i've confirmed the party bus will pick us up at 07.15 a.m ( claire's idea!!!) at Waterside this Saturday, dont forget ya ickle beers for on the return if you so wish to indulge!! And of course some good recovery food!! I shall see if Bernie will make me another banana and walnut loaf!!( MMMMMMMMMMM I hear you all cry! ) actually its gorgeous and good for recovery!! but then again so is a not n spicy asda pizza with a doner kebab chaser!!! The bus will stay parked onsite as usual so we can keep all our bags/change of clothes etc there. See you all there !! keep injury free until then!!!

hey sorry, i couldnt get down to the club tonight due to family emergency, only just got home (1am). i will meet u at the minibus saturday morning if thats ok? get a nice early mornin jog in. Or if any of the grindleforders are shopping in ASDA friday between 12-8pm then ring/txt us and i can arrange it then. my numbers 07580232916.
If anyone manages to catch you at asda then that would be great!! Not sure if anyone will be going?? 12-8 thats one shopping spree!! Anyway , I'm sure one of us can nip down , but if not, your having an early morning jog!! lol!!!!
