well, the ice has nearly gone, just been out and done some reps on north rd just tryin to burn off the excess!! We are meeting at waterside tommorrow (monday!) at 1pm for a run, off/on rd depending on the mud!! come on and join us!!! you know you want too!!

Just a note to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year The paths are far too dodgy for running at the moment and I cant see things improving by tonight, its forecast for a very cold night so I wont be stepping out for a run. See you all soon John

Hello just wanted to say that I was a bit gutted I could not make the meal last night, I underwent a little operation yesterday afternoon (excuse the pun) the doctor said no running for at least a week so I want to wish all striders MERRY CHRISTMAS and best wishes for 2010 see you all in the New Year focus...

How does the Grand Prix work. I know you have to race various distances and then the times are totalled. Say you have a bad 10k, can you then decide to better it by entering another one later in the year or do you have to stick with that one. Is there any handicapping system to level it up or can I only dream of...
