If anyone is running between Christmas to new year and want some company please put a message on the board suggesting a time and meeting place. It might just be the incentive some of us need to go out.
The next club run is Monday 4th Jan 2010. Doesn't it sound a long time away.
HI Brian, me and Rach are planning a boxin day morning run, say 10 a.m meeting at waterside , will confirm tho, that should get rid of a few mince pies!!
