After speaking to a few people I think it would be best if we cancelled tonights training. The footpaths are not suitable for running on and we do not want anyone falling over and hurting themselves. I would also not want anyone to travel in these conditions when tonight the forecasters predict we could go as low as -8. I will text as many people as I can but please pass this message on to help out.
PS This won't affect the register!

Well its taken me 2hrsto walk to work this morning and 2 hours to just walk home!!!! and all that was only 11 mile!!! paths really slippery but im sure i will do a run test 2moz afternoon!!!

register suspended as teacher cant be bothered going out ! Driving up Moss bank hill before it was -8... What is this weird weather doing, come back global warming..
been out running today, not thro choice I myt add!! bit of a mercy mission to get me mums meds and shopping !! anyway with my trail runners on and with the ice being so compact it actually wasnt too bad at all!!! didnt slip once ! managed 5.5 mile before me rucksack full of potatoes and milk got the better of me!!! ( p.s i only did last quarter mile with said rucksack!! G.I Jo i am not!!!) im still up for trying an off roader saturday or sunday affy if anyone wants?? preferable affy if its tonorrow cos i have to run to work and back again tomorrow.

hahahaha!!!! I will have been spotted today probably with rucksack too no doubt!! 7 a.m this morning and then 3 pm this affy!! gota get to work and back somehow!! but to be honest it was exhausting!!! tookme 10 mins longer either way! someone suggest a time in the morning and if my lungs recover form the cold i shall be there!! please bring to sleighs Frank I need big shop!!!!
