After many months of gruelling training, 20 mile runs and a restriction on wine- Jo is finally leaving to take on the Vegas Marathon this week. Best of luck Jo, we will all be thinking of you back here and can't wait to hear how you get on

Jo sent me a text before- crossed the finishing line in 4:22 which is fantastic. From what I gather, the course was very long and straight and hence a little demoralising but Jo wore her Strider vest with pride and completed the task in hand- WELL DONE JO

Hi All!! god that was hard work!! not just the marathon but livin in vegas for a week is sooooo unhealthy!!!! most fantastic startline tho and 1st half on the strip was awesome!!! fill you all in on wed at the meal, have got a bad cold now tho as i expected but hope to see you all at the club on monday!! Phil, congtrats on walking Snowden!!!
