Hello i moved to rainford few months ago and do not know many people. Started running last year but not a fast runner. Looking to join something to meet new people and to keep up the running. Age 50 (just) try and run at least 3 times a week around the 3 mile mark can you help ps a little shy

Hi folks, a few of us are meeting up Sunday at 2.00pm for a lazy 8/9 mile run, no PB's just going regrouping regular. Nice route around the dream few cheeky little hills.. 2pm at golf driving range car park - Sherdley Park. This gives those out on saturday time to recover from too many sherbets..
