Its difficult to drag yourself out in the winter months, soon we will have wind, rain snow and frost to contend with. I know some of you die hards are really looking forward to it....
Sorry to be a bore but Hi Vis and flashing lights must a priority, also we do need to check who if anyone has a mobile on them...
We have some die hards in the Striders with attendance from the chaps at 91% and females 79%, which means there is a constant all year round.
Keep that attendance up boys and girls big prize to aim for !!!

Hi Carol
Good point and it has been reiterated in this months newsletter (should be sent out tonight).
We all need to make sure that we are as visable as possible during the winter months.
Mobile phone issue has been approached- if anyone from Monday's session has an old spare small one then please bring it down tonight or over next few sessions. I am going to get a SIM card this weekend.

Also- Dawn has the ID tags ready to hand out (these are the tags to wear on trainers). We will discuss how and when this will happen over enxt few sessions.

See you tonight
