Did the Manchester 100KM on Sunday, very enjoyable ride!! That is until one of the marshalls was missing and I carried straight on and missed me turning about 6 mile from the finish!!! ended up going in wrong direction for 7 mile!!! scary!!! was absolutly fuming cos I was on a good time too!! ended in 4hr...

Hi was running late tonight (excuse the pun) and thought the handicap was on.. Went to Carr Milll thought we were doing Carr Mill- Ship. Anyway after a while and I could not spot anyone in the bushes hiding from me I did a solo handicap... Please note for the record my time was 15.47

This will end up being a longer run than usual because it will be slightly further in distance but as everyone knows, it is a lovely run to do and the view at the top is worth it! Will see w...

Just to let you all know that Colin has emailed me to tell me that his father has passed away and that he won't be coming to the club for a few weeks. I am sure all of us at the Striders send Colin and his family our condolences at this sad time and will remember him in our thoughts. Rachael
