hopefully there may be a repreive on our club home until xmas. There is a meeting tonight (21/08) to discuss. It is being supported by squash members and england squash.

However going forward we must think of ways to support the club as best we can or it will be closed. I know we are small numbers but at the moment every little helps. Even as much as a couple of drinks after the run - or supporting the events they do have - there has been little response in the past.
Can all those who have not responded to my email regarding email address (90% of the club) please do so we can keep up with communication. You need to respond to my home email I have sent you -my work address is now invalid. If you do not wish to receive communication by emails - please let me know. however I will need to confirm certain details in the next month to update our AAA club details.

I understand what you say about supporting the club and I will try and make a conscious effort to do more. Do not mind paying more to use facilities which hopefully should subside some costs. My main problem is that i live out of st helens now so i don't usually visit apart from to train.

unfortunately the YM club will definitely be closing this Sunday. We can no longer meet at the bar.

I was at a golf day yesterday with the manager of Ruskin Leisure, Rob Gerrard. He is a customer of my work. I could have a word if we think it would be a good new meeting point. The facilities there seem good, I used to play football there.
