I have already spoken to some of you about gettin some strider jackets made for training and also for wearing to races etc to have some uniform and to represent the club.
I am looking at wind/water proof jackets, lightweight,in colours black/red/white (apologies to the Liverpool Supporters). I have found a site on the internet that have jackets in colours that would suit the club. please look at the following link:
The jacket individually (once delivery/VAT has been taken into account) is about £17. I am getting quotes for printing these. I estimate that printing (per jacket)will be about £6-8 bringing the total cost of a jacket to £23-24. I would like to know if people are willing to pay this. If not then I shall not continue any further . It may be that we can get discount on bulk buys. Once I have been given a quote I will update you ASAP.

Went to Fitwell this morning with Carol to look into costings. we had a look at another jacket which i think will be more suitable (£17, showerproof and windproof with polyester lining). Also got the cost for printing (£7 per jacket). Total per jacket £24.
Will bring full spec to club meeting tomorrow with form to fill in for those who want a jacket.
