The above race is on Thursday 24th June in warrington- i got it confused with birchwood and burtonwood. I think I am going to enter as I will be missing Penny Lane the weekend after. Anyone up for a midweek 10km?

Hi peeps Is anyone up for a sat am run (i will turn up this week)! I am also ashamed that I didn't turn out last night due to the rain and thunder etc but then by 7pm it had cleared up....! Well done to those brave souls that made it to sherdley park

Has anyone tried energy gels in a marathon. The fleetwood marathon ive entered is a small event and only mentions water stations. No mention of energy drinks.

Good run to the Dream last night. Certainly helped to move those rusty legs of mine! Total was 8.25 miles- and not a scally in sight! Longest day been and gone! Will post pictures later on today

Hiya, just wondering if anyone has had trochanteric bursitis (hip pain) ??? apparently very common when running....Ive not run for 2wks now and am taking fairly strong anti inflammatories...have stopped limping and not in too much pain and want to get back to me running schedule....Doc said 6-8wk...
