Hi Guys, Im heading out early doors in themorning (Fri) before work to get me long run done as Im out at the races and simply red on sat for me anniversary! last min ticket thing so I ve had to have a rethink on the long run, i feel so tired after i need to be jumping up and down singing moneys too tight to mention at 9 pm rather than wanting to go to sleep!!!!! unless we win that is!!! sorry to let you down, hope you have agood one and if im feeling ok i may join u for a little few mile but I doubt it!!

The pace of your weekend long areobic run should be run at 2-3mins slower than your 10K pace or if you cannot chat to the others whilst running your are going to quickly enjoy have a good weekend hope to be down next week FrankMc

mike its very leisurly and usually of road which is nice change! Rach and Andy are meetin at 9., i did 17.5 today so im not pressuring meself!! but they are defo at waterside at 9 enjoy!!
