Cheers for that John  but its not the punctures that bothers me its the saddle soreness and getting lost that does , hope there is plenty of PBs at Chorley to-night

Yaaaaaaaaaaahhhoooooooooooooooooooooo, pb, pb, pb

After shaving off a tiny 8 secs last, this time I managed to knock off another 52 secs to get a PB of 32:44.

Very happy with that.
