Hi Anyone who was meeting us at waterside, April I think you were?? we have changed it to meeting at brown cow at 9.30 or red cat a bit later., this is so Andy and Rach dont have to drive they can run there, not sure where you live April??? anyway see you there if your out!! its gonna be funny!!!

Hi, just wanted to check the meeting time at the restaurant..i couldn't run on sun or tonight due to having sore ankles they started hurting a bit on tuesday after doing calf stretches, then after wednesday's run they were really sore and swollen, they are slowly getting better with rest and ibulev...
