Just wondering who was up for a run before the presentation tomorrow night? We would have to leave by 5:45 to get 45 mins/1 hour out running then back for a hot shower at Central Fitness and run upstairs for the meeting which shoul start around 7:30pm. let me know if you want to do this, as I will have to come straight from work and bring my gear with me.

No you should be ok. We will just leave our kit in the lockers, which they will let us do swell as use the showers. See you tomorrow at 17:45!
