Hi Gary
I am definitely going to take part in the Lancaster half. I also need a ten mile race so will look it up. I am free that Sunday though!

Hi all,

Just had email from organisers of Lancaster Half to request that all runners try and arrive for 10am as parking is some distance away from Salt Ayre (Registration & Club House).

Numbers are to be picked up on the day (Carol, I have your confirmation so will print this off and bring it with me).

I think it will probably take around an hour to travel to Lancaster (not sure, someone please confirm!!) - Are we all meeting at the Waterside as usual on Sunday?

Thanks all,

Nick

Can we meet at 8:45 with a view to leaving promptly? That should be ok. Lancaster can be done in around 45 mins depending on traffic. If i remember last time the city centre was a little slow as it is all one way. i will try and get directions for us

had a fab time at hellrunner!! me and Mike finished in 2 hr 3 mins, He did really well!! it was tough!! but weather perfect! the bog was more brutally cold than usual ! I think Roy and Jon did around 1 20! fantastic times! altho the course was shorter this year we didnt have to go up that huge hill at the end! i was disapointed tho i wanted 10 or 11 miles! but it was the right length for Mikie 's hell debut!!! im very bruised i look like ive been battered!!! still tryin to decide whether to come down tonite but defo see you weds! well done all!!!
