Checklist for tonight's run

1. Thermal underwear
2. Long johns
3. ear muffs
4. Woolly hat
5. 2 pairs of gloves
6. 3 layers of tops
7. ice skates or Jo's screw shoes (depending on whether it snows)
8. a hot shower!

Looks like the Christmas handicap will be cold as usual on Wednesday (don't forget to wear somthing festive... my santa hat is coming out!!)
