Just a little message to inform all, but mainly our newbies who have joined us over the last few weeks and months about the Presentation evening.
The Presentation evening is open to everyone. Its an informal gathering, on the 8th of Dec, usually 7pm but check on here or with other Striders, it's at Central fitness in one of the meeting rooms.
On the night, results of the various Strider competitions are announced and trophies are awarded.
We also do a 'Secret Santa', which is where everyone brings a small present and then we all choose one from the pile. These can be running related or not, bearing in mind the recipient may be male or female. A bottle of wine is always welcome or a box of chocolates, its up to you.
There wont be an official club run that night but last year I think a few people did go for a run.
