Here we go again!!! This saturday morning run will start from the waterside ( surprise surprise!!) at 7.30 a.m , so far, me ,Rach, Andy have declared our attendance!! , looking at between 18- 22 miles , if you want to join us for some/all of it see you all later

Only 6 of us hardy souls turned up tonight to brave the weather. St Helens was eririly quiet... Sherdley park was empty and the roads were dead! The odd scally hanging about near shopping park and the odd police van... Have the rest of the striders been arrested for rioting?!! Carol will be having words...
