Hi dave iam not the brightest Person in the world,, i know brian and donna run with some sort of insoles,, but if you can buy the trainers that already have the technology built in to suit your running style,, then i would go with them!!

Hiya, If you phone Salford University and ask to speak to the Podiatry Departments the 3rd year students there will check you out and fit you with appropriate insoles if you need them. If you ask Donna because she went to them last year, it's much much cheaper than getting them from anywhere else and the benefit of insoles is that you can put them in ordinary shoes as well... they do take a while to adjust to though
