Only 6 of us hardy souls turned up tonight to brave the weather. St Helens was eririly quiet... Sherdley park was empty and the roads were dead! The odd scally hanging about near shopping park and the odd police van... Have the rest of the striders been arrested for rioting?!! Carol will be having words!

hallo peeps! i have been poorly sick and so that is why I have not been down club this week - that is my excuse and I am sticking with it! No rioting for me!
had the flu or at least something like the flu!
anyhows won't be joining Brunty for his mud-filled off-road fest as I need a long run (18 miles) and I will be avoiding wearing me traillies for a long sesh! Will post about about a long run Saturday morning separately - but planning an early one (7am ish)
