Folks Stick on ya trailies,, and join me for a few miles of mud and intelligent conversation!! Iam on a chill out week so gonna do 6miles or so,, no times no fast pace,, a gentle fun run starting around 09.03 from the waterside) no new trainers please,, the shoe type that is not new runners haha,, Hahahahaha!!

yipeeeeee Im not even takin me garmin, i just so need a mental break from the long milesno and to just enjoy a good old mud run againbiggrin 

Andy and Kev, you can do ya pace run this week or you can join us for some mud miles??

I think kev and andy are out earlier,, or set out at 08.17 and meet us at 09.00 for another 50 mins or so!!

i am going for 15 miles tomorrow if you want to go early rach tomorrow say about seven thirty iwill meet you at the waterside.

Hi Chris, I am meeting Rach at Game Bird at 8am tomorrow but will be passing waterside at around 7:25-7:30ish on my way to meet her! I am doing 18 and Rach is doing 10-12 miles - aiming to do around 6 miles by the time I meet Rach.

Not sure what Kev and Andy are doing!

Let me know if you think you'll be there and I'll make sure I hang-around
