For anyone who might be interested in a boxing day run to sort out any festive excesses, there is a 5k Bug Run starting at 10am from the visitor centre at Okell Drive, Halewood, Merseyside ... its also free entry! There is also a 10k run in Clitheroe (Ribble Valley 10k) for those needing to perhaps run off...

Dw gym is doing the 12 days of christmas,, it cost £12.00 for 12 consecutive days in december/jan i think,, i am pretty sure david lloyd are doing the same,, except there is no "strider's" posh enough to go there
