hi all me,,jo and rach are heading for a run prob round pennington flash tommozz,, trail runners a good idea meeting at the golf driving range sherdley 09.59-10.04,, i think its around 4-5miles (so jo and rach can do 2 laps around) but cant really remember only done it once,, cheers brunty
