Usual!! Waterside at 9 a.m for anyone wanting 10 or so miles, on /off road, dont be put off by brunty's attempts to discredit us with his 7.30 - 8 min miling pace!! ( its 6.30-7.00!!!!) only joking!

won't be joining either group as am full of icky cold! will potentially be up for the christmas eve run though - would be good to escape from 2 extremely wound-up kids! If it snows overnight I will be well jel though as am dying to try out the snowtrax!
