Hi Everyone

Hope you dont mind but I have put together a few training ideas for the next 3 weeks- we didnt know what to do on Monday and looked a little disorganised in front of a potential new member.

Mon 19th LONG STEADY RUN BLEAKHILL/BROADWAY PUSH ALONG BURROWS
Wed 21st EASY UPTO E/LANCS L/POOL 6X 2MIN SGOOD PACE. 3MINS REC

ALWAYS RE GROUPAFTER PUSHES TRY TO FINISH STRONGLY BACK TO CLUB
