Mon 12th Steady run then 4 x 4 mins 2 mins rec. / 4x 1 min 30 sec. rec.

wed 14th. Vic. park 4 long hills - walk/ jog rec. 4 short hills - walk/ jog rec.

Mon 19th. Long steady run taking in toll bar, scholes lane , thatto heath, sherdley park with various pushes.

Wed 21st. Taylor park lights 2 sets of five hills up to west park walk/ jog rec.

Mon 26th. Steady run up to east lancs. 4 x 5 mins. 2 min rec.

Wed 28th. Croppers hill lights up to morrisons 2 sets of 4 walk/ jog rec. back

Mon 3rd Long steady run taking in lord st., moss bank long side, broad lane, moss bank short side, push all hills

Wed 5th. Steady to vic. park 6 long hills 2 short hills jog / walk rec.
