Dear Running Club On Sunday 16^th September the Hydro Active Womens Challenge is taking place in Londons Hyde Park, Birmingham City Centre and Sefton Park, Liverpool. It promises to be a fantastic event aimed at women of all ages and abilities. Whatever your age or running ability, signing up to take part in the Hydro Active Womens Challenge is a great incentive to keep fit and feel healthier.The Hydro Active Womens Challenge, in association with adidas, is a 5 kilometre fun run for women. It takes place in Londons Hyde Park, Birmingham City Centre and Sefton Park, Liverpool on Sunday 16^{th September 2007. It is an event for all women, of all ages.}Training and taking part in the Challenge may be even more fun if you team up with clubmates. You can run at any pace its your choice. The main thing is to have fun and enjoy your achievement. On the day every finisher will receive a goody-bag which will include a finisher T-shirt and a medal.
