Hi All, I got back Monday night from me hols after a 15 hr delay!! still feeling the jetlag on wed so couldnt come to club but I will be back on Monday, running in the Dom Rep was bloody hard!! 3.2 mile was the best I could do so it certainly gave me good recovery from Edinburgh! see you all Mon Jo
