Hi I am Alan, the new guy who came to training last night. I really enjoyed it, despite my bleeding nipples!!!

Due to work and other commitments I can only make it on Monday nights until the end of August.

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone for being so friendly.

Good to see you last night- see you have managed to put together a profile and a signature! V impressed.
Hope the nipples are not too sore this morning- ouch!!

Will see you next Monday, and I will email you the training plan tonight.

Alll- I emailed the training plan round last night. Please let me know if you did not get it.

BLEEDING NIPPLES!!!!!!!!!!!!!! what did i miss???? hope it wasnt a brutal training run!! i'll be gutted! good to see some more newies joining! Got the training plan thanks Rach, lookin forward to indian file on wed!!
