I am doing the Birchwood 10k on Sunday, so let us know if anyone else is also doing it.

Cant make it on Wednesday so I shall be back on Monday.

same with me- if i am not drinking onsaturday night then I will be up for it (running on a hangover is never good).

Did anyone watch the athletics last night? Did you see jenny meadows? She was flying!

I did it - it was a great flat race albeit not very scenic. Got a lovely bath towel at the end!! Which was nice.

I did 47:23, which is good for me.
