Hi I am new to all this running.. I have done the 10k race, and wanting to train for a marathon.. however my running friend is no longer wanting to run and im unsure if I could run alone or prefer the company? Just wondered if this group would be any use to me, how far do you run and when etc..

Run tonight as the guys are doing handicap is along by pass so any newbies meet at windle if you don't want the run up to bypass from the club first , otherwise see you at club as usual :) thanks
