I've had a bit of a spring clean on the board.You can now choose to sign up for your own account on the board, this gives you the option of adding a profile pic to your messages, a signature, the ability to private message other striders etc. Or you can simply carry on as you currently use the board.The choice is yours,hopefully this will encourage people to use the forum a bit more...
It is quite easy to follow the instructions- check out my picture :) Sorry did not make the club last night, my cold has developed into a chesty cough and didnt want to go out in the cold. Anyone fancy a 16miler saturday morning???

HI Rach, Im so glad you told me the indian file session would be good fun cos after not being able to decide whether to go or not I went and it was a cracking session! was still buzzin from it this a.m! hope you not got a chest infection there and sorry I cant run sat with you. hope to see you Mon or Wed take care!
