Hi Guys

If anyone comes aware of any 5 mile races or 5 K races can you let me know, obviously there is the park runs but Saturday mornings tend to be my long run time espcially with the marathon training commencing soon.

I need some shorter faster races I think and I enjoyed the Salford 5.25 miler as it pushed me out of my comfort zone :)

Thank you kindly!

Andi there's a good 5 miler on Easter Sunday - Run the Bridge Run. Starts at Runcorn station, run over The Bridge and end up in Hale park. It's a decent little run if you have nothing to do on an Easter Sunday. Tea and teacakes at the end
