Hi All

now the darker nights are coming here is a reminder to wear white/ hi viz tops on training nights. I will be bringing a box of supplus bibs down on Monday to dress anyone who forgets.

Be warned they are all new but not the best fitting Hi Viz bibs, so bring your own , our be attired in XL day glo tops.

Job done box is now at central fitness reception , and runners were asked to use hi Viz last night .

Should be o/k on wed as we do not cross any roads on the Handicap course..
