The Christmas Party at the Park inn hotel in St Helens is now booked along with the DJ provided by the Park Inn.
The total cost for your christmas meal including a drink ( Beer, Wine, pop etc) and including contribution to the cost of the DJ is £22.00 per head. ( this is based on the confirmed 65 people )
I am waiting to get menu's electronically from the Park then I can forward to you , but there is no need to choose your meals in advance.
The evening will start at 7.30 p.m on friday 30th November and we have a private function room to ourselves with DJ until 2.a.m ( Saturday 1st Dec ! )
I would be grateful if you could start bringing in the full amount so that I can get this paid in full prior to the night out, The Park have agreed this would be easier rather than collecting deposits from everyone.

Dont worry if you are new to the club or if this is the first you have heard of the christmas party, the room holds up to 120 people and we have around 65 so far confirmed , I have not yet given final numbers to the Park and will do so once everyone has paid , So please let me know or bring your money to book your place .
I would really appreciate it if you can give me cheques rather than cash ( but I will accept cash, I just don't want to handle too much of it!!)

I would also appreciate prompt responses as you can imagine there is a lot to collect, you can also give your cheques/cash to Viki or Brunty if for some reason I am not at the club .

Attention all Xmas party revellers ! Just completed final arrangements for next ( yes NEXT) Friday ! Just a bit of info for your perusal ! Arrival drinks served from 7pm , our night will take place in the pyramid lounge . We have tables of 8, dinner is served at 8pm , and dancing it off shall commence following dinner :)) the dj will finish at 1pm but the bar is open until 2pm :)) anyone coming by car please type in your reg on reception this will avoid a parking fine . If you come in the car but find your too drunk to drive it home u can leave it just let reception know !! I think that's all !! Get your glad rags out !! And enjoy !!
