Good luck to all Striders whether you are running at Salford/Warrington or in faraway lands  hope you all achieve the targets that you have set yourselves whether they be PBs on time or as with"Brunties Buddies" alcohol/wine consumed biggrinbiggrinAll have a good weekend good running but most of all enjoy.

Thanks boss,, dont worry i shall make sure they all behave within the strider "codes of conduct" and dont forget any pb's whilst abroad is just not right!! Gud luk to all racing,, running,, cycling,, and skinners joggin!! Hi gill/denzil)Well dun "pie-yeads" another "hub cap" in the cabinet,, lets see if you can win summert decent this year,, "come on you saints" i think we shall wait till the playoffs,, maybe lose tonight avoid the "wires"

Good luck to all Striders on what ever you are doing this weekend whether it be the Great North  Run or racing any where else in the UK/training or just plain cheer leading for the DRAGONS to-night biggrinbiggrinbiggrin but most of all do your best and enjoy see you in a week OH by the way Denzil have a good one.
