Bank Holiday Run

All

Central Fitness does not open on a bank holiday and therefore we usually organise an 'unoffical' run. Normal practise is to meet at the Red Cat, and do a few loops of Shaley brown before returning back (approx 7 miles). This may not suit all members depending on their training needs as the hill is quite a big one! Therefore feel free to organise your own run if you dont necessarily want to come to Crank. Otherwise, shall we meet at 6pm so we get an early run?

Hi Jo,
had a bit of a nightmare on the way to meet you guys and ended up ridiculously late. All my fault. Sorry for the confusion!
