Sorry to be a pain I forgot I was doing a long run tomorrow, only time I can fit it in this week. I will be there next Wednesday though (BH Monday, so not sure whats happening there).

Sorry didnt get down on Wednesday. Still suffering with a calf strain made worse at the Birchwood 10k on Sunday.
Hopefully will be down next week to pick it up.
