Nike are holding a 2.5k, a 5k, and a 10k race from outside its store at Cheshire Oaks on Sunday 12th August. Entry is free you just have to pre register using the link below

I have entered the 10k race and I have received my confirmation email, it does not state the time so I will telephone the store tomorrow but it could be that they are waiting to see how many entries they receive before they decide

Hi gary thats the day after the lads/girls day out,, mind u the "ladies" are on bout goin chester they cud sleep in sum doorways at cheshire oaks and do the run next day,, haha they will be cleaning up the sic for weeks,, hope to see ya at ruskin on the sat?? Cheers brunty

I think i would rather watch liverpool than run round a track,, well dun gary mentally tough doing them circuits(
