I really really hope it not this fine rain that soaks you tommorrow guys n gals!!! Mind you , it won't really matter once we get in the lake ha ha ha, Ruth, Gary S and Elaine i hope your good at rowing in a dingy cos I'm appalling!!( We kept going round in circles last year cos I was laughing so much!!! Anyway, put on your oldest shorts,t shirts and trainers, don't forget shower stuff for after and I would also suggest you take off all your rings, earrings and body piercings!!( wherever they may be!!) It is a challenging run but above all its a real good laugh and as long as we finish safe and sound we will take as long as it takes!! 

Are we all meeting at waterside at 10.15? As you know I don't do motorwways so would appreciate the lift down
