Mon 4th bank holiday steady aerobic run
      
Wed 6th Chorley 4.4 race.for those not going steady run try to pick up the pace in the middle.
      
Mon 11th speed endurance, Paulauf relays. Teams of 3 . Group 1 6x800mtrs laps   Group 2 5x600mtr laps  Victoria Park
      
Wed 13th Group 1..5x200 teams of 3 rec 5x300mtrs same team  group 25x100 teams of 3 rec 5x200mtrs  Bishop road field
      
Mon 18th speed endurance Group 12x15 mins various distances. Group 2 .2x10 mins various distances   Queens or Taylor park
      
Wed 20th Easy to B&Q Group 1 ..1/2 lap..1lap..1lap..1/2lap..2min rec..Group 2..1/2lap..1lap..1/2lap ..2 min rec
      
Mon25th Tempo 5K pace..Group 1..5x1k..3mins recGroup2..4x800mtrs..2 mins rec..Victoria Park..
      
Wed27th..Easy to college st path..Group 1 up to car wash/canal overflow x 4Group 2 on path to bridge, canal,road x 4 (or Handicap)
      
Mon 2nd..Easy to waterside..Group 1..2x1 large lap ..2/3 mins recGroup 2..2x1 small lap 2/3 mins recovery
      
JULY Schedule
      
Wed 4th Chorley 4.4 race or Taylor park 1 large lap taking in lake and red rocks

hi everyone- I am going to send this round by email but there are a few changes so please make sure you read it. Had to re jig a few speed sessions around race weekends etc.
